Cancellation and Refund Policy

Paid4College, LLC provides the following cancellation policy:

  1. Purchase: Within 14 days of the purchase of your Paid4College membership subscription, you may cancel your account via the clearly-marked contact form, under the “Contact” section above and within the course portal upon logging in, and we will cancel your subscription, preventing any future charges, upon request. 

  2. The final charge will hit on the final day of the trial period. In order to prevent being charged, cancel prior to the final day of the trial.

  3. No refunds are provided on digital products, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.

If you elect to use paid aspects of Paid4College, you agree to the pricing and payment listed on the Service which we may update from time to time. If offered a trial during your purchase process, you may cancel your Paid4College account at any time during the trial period; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. Upon completion of Paid4College trial period as determined by your purchase offer, you agree to the pricing listed, in addition to the pricing for any and all add-on items such as essay reviews, one-on-one mentoring sessions and any other products and services added to your order. Your membership charge will include access to our private members-only Facebook group and program support, unlimited uses of the online content for 3 months, as well as continual program updates and enhancements over the 12-month period. Billed charges are non-refundable.

Any one-time charge for digital products (PDFs, workbooks, ebooks, etc.) are non-refundable.

All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, licenses, royalties, transactions, or other monetary transaction interactions.

Add-on services such essay reviews, one-on-one mentoring sessions, introduction calls and any other service that is in addition to Paid4College must be used within 180 days of original purchase.

Membership Policy Only – We offer a 30-day refund period for initial membership purchases.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at help@paid4college.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 PM EST.

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the initial date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete any content.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Paid4College, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
